Foto Friday – Redbud in Bloom

Here’s a shot from our backyard Redbud tree. I rented a Nikon D700 from the great folks at Borrowlenses.com for a week to try it out. I like it a quite a lot. I can’t say its better/worse than our Canon 5D Mark II but I do like it.

Captured with Nikon D700 and Nikon 50mm 1.4G hand-held. Ran a Lightroom IR preset – turned out nicely.
