This is a capture from our 2010 trip to Zion National Park. We were driving through the park and saw this Mom and three kids hanging out on the side of a montain parallel to the road. We stopped and grabbed quite a few shots of them before they walked around to the other side.
But...when you ask for something...and get it...you better grab it and run with it. If you don't...someone else will.
At the end of the day, you've got to be able to use the KPI's that work for your organization. Preferably there are plenty of leading indicators to help you turn on a dime as needed...but the right lagging indicators can work just as well.
